I played my first properly competitive 3 on 3 basketball game for about a year yesterday. I forgot how much fun it was playing at a reasonably high standard, and more painful. I was playing with a slightly pulled groin and a tight achilles. I enjoy playing with my friends, but it’s much more fun when it’s a higher level, more intense, more physical game. Now just need to spend the next 2 days recovering
